Now that the Vanity Domain feature is live You might come across people with the following issues

They failed to save the domain in the CAD Admin panel but their DNS record "might" be correct.
Their DNS record is incorrect. You can check this by using: https://mxtoolbox.com/DNSLookup.aspx A correct record should show up like this:
The important bits are that the record is published as a CNAME and the Canonical name is exactly login.sonorancad.com
If using CloudFlare, they might have enabled "Proxy Mode". Click the orange cloud in their DNS record for login.sonorancad.com
in order to resolve this issue. They might need to try a different browser or wait a while as devices like to cache the old connection.
