I suggest utilizing the "Responses" settings under ACCOUNT -> RESPONSES to have canned messages for this task to make your job quick and painless.
You should already be setup with a WHMCS administrative account for this step.
Open https://sonoranservers.com/admin and login.
Click "Clients" at the top navigation bar.
Search or find your Client.
Click on their Client ID.
Click "Products/Services" on the tabs at the top of the Client Profile.
Check for multiple VPS subscriptions and clarify the correct one, if applicable. (Ask them the IP address)
If a client connects while you are connected it will kick you off, do this to avoid having to tell them later. :)
Press your Windows Key or "start" button.
Type Remote and click Remote Desktop Connection
Copy and Paste the IP address into the connection field.
Click "Connect".
Click "More choices" then "Use a different account" at the bottom to bring up the username field.
Fill in the username administrator and paste the password from WHMCS before clicking "OK".
Press Windows Key or "start" button.
Type CMD and click Command Prompt to open.
Copy the following command (it is pinned in Discord under #Sonoran-Support as well)
Paste the command by right clicking on the Command Prompt window then press "Enter" to run it.
In a web browser, paste https://api.sonoransoftware.com/tools/SonoranInstaller.exe
Once downloaded and opened, hit "More Info" and "Run Anyways"
